Well if he did...and without proof its just hearsay...if he did do that the press are obviously interested so I don't see the problem.

and no other tv show / radio show or any type of media would feature him or hire him for a show considering how irrelevant he is (not just him, but all housemates from this series in the grand scheme of things) they would literally have more to lose from the backlash than to gain

She wouldn't have been aware of what he said behind her back though..ie...she isn't deep enough for me, we don't connect on a cerebral level, she would be good for a ****...yadda yadda

I disagree. Many will love his notoriety. Many will see it as an overreaction by Channel5...just because many like you on here would have him crucified for it..it was an impromptu thing he did with NO intent to offend and if he did call the paps..and that's an IF...they were obviously interested in him enough to come out and get some pics.
