It’s out of stock at my local argos until thursday and tesco didn’t have it at all ;_;

So I decided to play a little and test it out, first thing I'd say is that if anyone is playing on PC, it does have some of the common ... "design errors" ... that UE4 games on PC are notorious for - namely, you need to tweak the .ini files to turn off mouse-smoothing and motion blur or it feels ... sludgey? But they're basically default tweaks and take 2 seconds so no major problem there.

Anyway, I decided to test out the Role Playing elements immediately aaand...

You can indeed convince the first person you meet to give you his gun, then immediately leave the conversation and shoot him in the face :joker:

I reloaded the save after tho, not actually planning to play "chaotic evil".

Just saw this: Yeah I got Outer Worlds for £1 :joker:. The PC version of Game Pass is only £3.99 a month which is a bargain in itself if it's going to have half-decent new releases, but they were also doing a 1 month trial for £1 and I reckon I'll be finished this in under a month so I can just cancel the trial. Bargain.

I'd have bought outright if it was going to be moddable, but it's UE4 and looks like it's not going to have mod support anywhere near Fallout/Skyrim levels... if any at all...

I wanted to put all my points into dialogue and stealth is that boring

Dialogue is easily the obvious best choice for this game tbh, I've put almost everything into that so far, but otherwise have gone for GUNZ over stealth. The combat mechanics are pretty generic tbh so might as well just have fun gunning everyone down rather than trying to stealth.

Yeah but i like having hack/lockpick to get more goodies

Ahh yeah I think I put a few points into it to get Hack to 20 so that I can sell stuff to vending machines...
