That would have to be proved.

THREE children of ASOS billionaire Anders Holch Povlsen have been killed by suicide bombers in the Sri Lanka terror attacks.
A spokesperson for Povlsen – Scotland’s largest landowner – confirmed that three of his four children were among the 290 people killed after blasts hit churches and luxury hotels across the country on Sunday

Lucky it wasn't mosques attacked or this story would have been overwhelming in the press..... already people are kind of trying to , if not justify it, then minimise it, bringing up the alt right where they took no part in this offense. When the alt Right carry out some atrocity I don't see anyone saying, yeah but.... Muslims. It's not a competition. And if it was, fundamentalist Islam would be winning. And if you don't believe that, take a look a America's most wanted list.

Islam is roughly 500 years younger than Christianity. If we assume that religions evolve in a simillar way and go through a period of violent zealotry then Islamist terrorists are equivalent to Christian zealots of the 15th and 16th centuries. Which would cover inquisition, religious wars in Europe and St. Bartholomew's Massacre in France where thousands of Hugenots were slaughtered in broad daylight. Even the then French King was taking potshots at people from his palace windows.

Except this is the 21st Century. Are we supposed to wait for these savages to catch up to the rest of the world? How many gays are they going to throw off buildings before it's acceptable for us to say they're wrong instead of making excuses for them?

i doubt, imo, any Brit is worried about RW terrorism

The Left aren't doing much to combat anti-Semitism... it's not just the far Right attacking synagogues. Labour has made anti-Semitism acceptable amongst its followers, while rushing to the defence of the Muslim community, many of whole are peaceful. Of course... the Jewish community are also peaceful to the point that we have no subgroup at war with the UK but still Jews are acceptable targets for Corbyn and his supporters.

And with comments like that you could face censure for spouting Islamophobic bigoted racism :nono:

Remember value their diversity

Consider how this fits in with the oppression and murders by those of the crusades.

We were told at work, never ever criticise political correctness, as it is trying to do the right thing.

If anyone disagrees, then they are an islamophobic bigoted racist.

Are you an islamophobic bigoted racist.

I wasn't making any excuses. There are no excuses.
I was pointing out Christianity used to be barbaric too. In case some people forget, that's all. A historical point if you will.

I'm a realist.

I haven't got back as far as the crusades, I'm still smarting from the Holocaust.

Christianity is still barbaric if you know where to look. They're just not bombing people and waging war on the West.

A family from Essex where Mum and two kids were killed, Dad survived with minor injuries, this was in the hotel where the bastard blew himself up in the queue for breakfast

It is not so much Christianity, more the so called adherents. Compare what Jesus did and the teachings in the New Testament with what the adherents you refer to are doing, and you will see the dichotomy between the two.

I once did a sort find myself obliged to conduct "internal affairs investigations" on two occasions. One party to this day, never knew they were under investigation or knew of the charge made against them. It is depressing how people purporting to follow Christianity can start to veer from it, even on a minor level. (For the record those I investigated, I cleared with no case to answer, and it was one of the accusers who was required to leave)

this has nothing to do with that, these terrorists here well one of them had connections to ISIL

ISIL are a disgrace to the islamic religion, they are the reason some innocent muslims get beaten, spit at, treated disrespectfully

this new terror group is just the same, lowlife scum nothing more, lowest of the low

that terrorist in NZ, is a crazy mentally ill man, disgrace for christian catholic religion

I was responding to Liva and showing from experience that adherents to a faith don't always follow the tenants of that faith, thus giving it a bad name.

you wrote nothing wrong, Sticks

we need a wider perspective as well as talk about this atrocity, these things are not mutually exclusive, the opposite, they aid our understanding
