It's a memo not a transcript. They had a 30 minute conversation and a couple of pages doesn't cover that, so they haven't released it. Even so, this is pretty damning.

The fact he uses the attorney general (who works for Americans, not the president) to do this for him is also illegal.

The whistleblowers report was about far more than just the phone call, and we already know that trump has ordered these things to be altered before they're released.

This is the bit they were happy to show us, and it's not good, so the rest of everything should be interesting.
