Things almost never turn out as badly as you think they will in your head. Panic stations, stressing out and that, but once its done, you wonder why you were worried to start with! |

...it is though a huge thing, we also have to acknowledge as well and anyone’s reluctance/fears/anxieties/uncertainties etc are all very genuine and have to have much respect as well...at least with the time of the rollout completing, it give time to gather thought together etc...

Thank you all for your supportive comments.
Indeed a relief on 2 points. Getting it done and the relief knowing it is, plus now too, the apprehension of the follow up vaccine gone too. Indeed Parmnion, what a day, I did have the thought I may not win this one but did. I do really hope all the BAME communities do take up the vaccine. It is important in my view now that we all do. |
Grim had his this morning , all good quick and easy and didn't even feel it.

A "wonderful, caring" nurse has died with Covid-19 in the hospital she had worked at for nearly two decades. Estrella Catalan, 52, died on Friday at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH), where she was an emergency department staff nurse. She had been receiving treatment in the hospital's critical care complex. Chief executive of NNUH NHS Foundation Trust, Sam Higginson, said Ms Catalan, who had worked at the hospital since 2002, "will be terribly missed". Ms Catalan had previously been interviewed by the BBC from her intensive care bed while she was unwell with Covid-19. Mr Higginson said: "Our deepest and heartfelt condolences are with Estrella's loved ones and friends at this very difficult time and with all those who worked alongside Estrella and knew her." https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-norfolk-55964742 |
