Its a ridiculous comparison. Its no different from when Charles spoke to the press after Phillip passed away. An official statement it was and its what they do.

The Problem of the BBC
is they are Judge and Jury.

Last night Ch4HDnews
set up a camera outside
the BBC in Regent Street
asking many times to speak
the CEO of the BBC.

He ignored them.

Of course it is; if it was Harry you’d have a go/point out how what’s he’s doing wrong, as it’s William you support it. The literal definition of a double standard. No one is surprised?

Are you missing the conflict on a royal thread TS? Too bad, your weak attempt isn't working. :pat:

[Lord Hall said in a statement
on Saturday: "I have today resigned as chair
of the National Gallery. I have always had
a strong sense of public service and it is
clear my continuing in the role would be
a distraction to an institution I care deeply about.]

Yes Of Course he would Resign

Was that a conspiracy theory de jour ? My main memory of Diana's death was being annoyed that Barney the Dinosaur wasn't on :joker:

The main conspiracy theory at the time was she was pregnant with Dodis child and the Royals had her bumped off to save embarrassment

Former BBC Reporter
John Sweeney, said on GMBHD itv
Former BBC Boss Tony Hall
should be arrested.

He uses the words "Your Nicked"

Ammi 24-05-2021 07:58 AM

…Earl Spencer has requested a full Scotland Yard investigation and I hope that he’s supported by the royal establishment for that to be what happens…

…it’s exactly what he did say days ago…I think that it was 2 days ago when this was all becoming fully known through the report…around the time that William responded…

Yes he did as bots said.

The BBC surely cannot and should not be let off the hook here, to just look at itself and do cosmetic changes...

The BBC has been failing the public tax funding it gets now for decades.

On several issues.

It's no good the government saying , give them a chance to sort things out themselves.
Things will be looked at in the future when things are normally reviewed.

This is serious now.
No more kicking unsavoury issues into the long grass.
Some intervention should be on the cards now to ensure public funds to the BBC are respected and now justified still in the light of this scandal.

The arrogance of the BBC is nauseating.
There are times and for me this is one of them, where ' just saying SORRY doesn't make things right'.

…and he’s openly been very anti royal establishment/institution regarding Diana as well….

…anyways, it’s no surprise that a full Scotland Yard investigation is what he’s requested…it’s whether that’s also very much supported by the Royal institution…

Pregnant or at risk of becoming pregnant. I don't believe the conspiracies these days, however it wasn't without merit - he wasn't just "non white" he was actively Muslim, and the future king of England having a Muslim half-brother would have been a huge political "problem", especially at that time. The 90's may have felt quiet but behind the scenes, the wheels were well in motion post-Gulf 1 for 9/11, War on Terror, Gulf 2 etc. and it would have been a huge spanner in the works.
