You probaly need to host it on your own photobucket or imageshack or something.

1. Save it to your PC
2. Upload it to your own webspace - try http://www.imageshack.us
3. When editing your profile, where it says "Avatar URL" replace it with the link to your image.
4. Click "Edit Profile".

I find it very tiresome creating video/animated avatars. I do it frame by frame since I don't know better. It's a very long and boring process so I am from this point no longer doing them.
