I'm still going to wait to hear the case as it unfolds rather than assume I already have the answer.

 If there's not enough evidence to convict which there often isn't in sexual abuse cases, on balance of probabilities I personally still believe his MULTIPLE victims (entirely my right to do so) and personally hope to never have to see his smirking mug on screen again, and that he quietly retires.

If there is enough evidence to convict I hope he goes to prison.

So its not a case of "X should happen regardless" at all.

So in future we could just assume everyone is guilty rather than assuming people's innocence like we're supposed to. Save all that time and money. Because you believe he's guilty he should be finished. I take it this stance will apply to everyone who is arrested and not just people you dislike personally.

Thank God you're not in the legal profession TS, I reckon your black cap would be threadbare after a month.

these days it doesn't much matter if someone is innocent or guilty. It doesn't even affect their careers if they know the right people.

I may be starting to sound like Alf here :worry: but big business is directing all of this and has us all by the short and curlies

I find it far more concerning that you are in the legal profession and consistently demonstrate an inability or unwillingness to recognise that the letter of the law and personal opinion are entirely different and completely unrelated things.

Not when it comes from multiple unrelated sources with no clear personal gain.

Wow, thanks for the professional assassination. Are we here discussing me and my legal career and whether or not YOU think I'm suitable. I'm not a solicitor, I'm not a barrister. My area is international law, as I think you probably know.

YOU have decided he's guilty before the trial and I'M guilty of not following the letter of the law??

Again, don't lecture me on a subject in which I'm highly qualified and which you've acquainted yourself with on the Internet. Who do you think you are?

I think I'm a rank and file Tibb member debating **** on TiBB, just like you, arista and everyone else on this thread. I couldn't care less what your qualifications are or what you claim them to be, it's entirely irrelevant, that's sort of the point... So really, it's not about who I think I am, is it? It's that you think anything about your career matters one jot on this site. I know what you say you do and what you say your qualifications are. I don't actually know *one thing* about you. You might be a 65 year old pub landlord from Wales. It doesn't matter. I don't care.

*All* that matters on an anonymous Internet forums is our opinions. I have my opinion on Spacey, you have yours. I don't have a problem with you still stanning Spacey regardless of what he may or may not have done. You apparently have a problem with me having a negative opinion of him "if his poor behaviour isn't proven in court". I don't care what is or isn't proven about him in court, it doesn't affect my opinion of him or what I believe about him as an individual. Nor do your opinions affect that, any more than my opinions should affect yours.

I couldn't care less about your opinion on Spacey. I care about your constant prodding. You brought up my career, as you often do, to ridicule me.

I've been on this forum coming up to 12 years, it'd be pretty impressive to have told lies all these years. Trust me, if I was making up a persona I'd have chosen something more interesting. But you don't know me. Fine, steer clear of me in future, I've had enough.

No Livia as usual in any thread involving court proceedings, you hinted at it via the back door;

As ever you're free to ignore my posts or block them, I won't be steering clear because it's a discussion forum and I don't ignore posts to-order. If you post something I disagree with I'll quote it and say so. You don't have to respond.

It's a debates forum not a private message; if I disagree with your posts I'll quote them and post like I would with any other member. They're not for you so as I said, feel free to ignore them or block them and I'll carry on as normal.

I'm not hounding you, I haven't done more than a 1-1 reply nor have I quoted or replied to you in any other thread lately. Trying to paint a conversation (albeit one that you clearly don't want to have) as "hounding" is a disingenuous victim narrative and a poor attempt at strawmanning. You're free to not respond. No one is going to follow you around the forum. You're not being "hounded".

You made this personal. Not me... You. Stick to discussing the topic. I don't agree with you about Spacey, try to live with that. I won't be replying to you in this thread again. So write one of you're long, rambling replies, tell me all my perceived faults, you clearly have the time for this nonsense. I won't be reading nor replying to you.

- Called me "a little hysterical" :joker:
- Suggested I'm claiming special knowledge of Kevin Spacey
- Suggested I claim to have looked into things (various/all?) "more than other people on TiBB"
- "TS. Judge, jury and executioner."
- "Thank God you're not in the legal profession TS, I reckon your black cap would be threadbare after a month"
- "Don't lecture me on a subject in which I'm highly qualified and which you've acquainted yourself with on the Internet. Who do you think you are?"
- Accused me of ridiculing you
- Accused me of "hounding" you
- Called my posts "sanctimonious bull****"
- Called my posts "long and rambling" (I've tried to keep this one punchy for you).

I think you need to glance in the mirror once in a while, Livia.

The Crown Prosecution Service has authorised
seven additional forum charges against Soldier Boy AKA Toy Soldier
The CPS said they relate to a number
of" troll personal posts" to a woman forum member between
2023 and 2023.

There is also a charge of causing a person
to engage in a forum chat without consent.
The charges come as a result of evidence
gathered by the LeatherTrumpet Police,
the head of the CPS special crime division said.
Soldier, 42, has already pleaded not guilty
to allegations in the UK that stretch back 17 years when he was a mod of another geeky forum.
They include four charges of being mildly ironic
and one of causing a person to engage
in penetrative discussion about video games without consent
that relate to alleged incidents in London and
Gloucestershire involving three men in their
30s and 40s.

Soldier is known for starring roles in
Most Loved 2022 and Pointless Answers
, and the hit Name that Caption series run by N. Eem

Haha, reminds me of a radio talk show I was listening to a few years ago.

A guy rang up to a show and said he was disgusted a very famous person had 'got off with it'.

The irate presenter said, 'HE WAS FOUND NOT GUILTY!':joker::joker:
