Not necessarily. Say Yinrun voted Noky and Hallie and they got 5 votes each but then another 4 housemates got 4 votes, it means there would be 6 housemates on 4 votes once voided.

It only showed one of her nominations….it might be her second nomination that affected the outcome.

They never said the people weren’t up for eviction, just it changed the outcome.

In that case I Wonder would they do a vote to stay...

Affecting the nominations might even just apply to hers being discounted…but didn’t have an overall effect

Benjamin 24-10-2023 10:06 PM

At least she has 6 of them out in the garden with her keeping her company.

So what’s the difference ?

Can you give an example ?

If Yinrun had voted for Paul and Kerry for example but her votes aren’t counted then surely there’s less chance of those two being up for eviction

And they all left Hallie and Olivia to risk trench foot by themselves, as they should

GoldHeart 24-10-2023 10:23 PM

It shows how much Yinrun is loved , to have her fellow hm's in the garden keeping her company... and making her cups of tea .

All Big Brother winners have to go through adversity. Yinrun will come out of prison a changed woman, but stronger and more resilient.

And with scars, a shaved head, and grills.

And letters tattooed across the knuckles of both her hands, spelling out LOVE and HATE.

PoppyC 24-10-2023 11:23 PM

I don't know what Yinrun did, I don't know anything except what's in this thread, but it sounds like no-one knows?

But it it possible the punishments get more severe every week, regardless of whether this is a hm's first rulebreak? The official reason would be that Yinrun should have learned from Hallie and Olivia's mistakes. The real reason is that they want to create drama. It sounds like they've failed at that if everyone is keeping Yinrun company and making her tea!

…sneaking a nail file into the tea, preparing for her jailbreak episode…?…/…Yinrun on the run run…

I just think the idea of her breaking a rule ( any rule ) is abhorrent to her ..

well we will have to wait and see what happened

she does stress alot over noms not sure if that is genuine or not given she says there are people in there who are not nice..... noms should be a breeze

Beso 25-10-2023 10:05 AM

Yeah but I think the guilt of her nominations being up gets to her. A fair few have struggled in the past with nominations.

MrsAsh 25-10-2023 10:37 AM

I think a lot of people felt the punishment for Hallie and Olivia wasn’t harsh enough, there should have been some consequence on nominations or something rather than just put them in jail, so maybe they’ve listened to that and upped the punishment! I do feel sorry for Yinrun though she’s so sweet!

Beso 25-10-2023 10:56 AM

Two completely different things, olivia and hallie wernt discussing who they nominated..I reckon yinrun was lucky, she should have been put up as well as having her noms cancelled..bb bias at its best though, protecting the publics pet.

bots 25-10-2023 11:03 AM

my experience is that the forum favourite very rarely matches the public one, and i don't see it being any different this time around. Paul will probably end up winning if he isn't evicted

Hallie said "Zak is a game player" Hallie also nominated Zak.........

Do we actually know what Yinrun said?

Not a chance. Even the odds are well against him.

We don’t know how the rule was broken though. It hasn’t been mentioned yet.
