If its not a guest praising her, its the fans who are sat in the studio.

They act as if she's the best thing ,since sliced bread.

They're pushing for a Lily win so badly, would be nice if someone else won instead.

There are no 'chosen ones'... The production team just tries their best to make an entertaining show and sometimes that means protecting the HMs that are adding value.

Beyond that they don't give a **** who wins. These aren't the days where the HMs are notable celebs once they leave that house.

…the chosen one…?…the frozen one…?…the ocean of emotion one…?….when Lily’s had a little drink, she can be anything she wants to be…a Lily version of a Persian, the whole world is there and open for her and her jar of Biscoff….

Hmm. I know that ultimately they can't ensure she wins. As I said in my initial post. I said that certain manipulation could keep her in there. "The chosen one" being the one who is being protected. As you said yourself they do this. I didn't say she would win, I asked people's opinions. I think she will be in the final week however.

I am saying that whoever is giving value in the moment is the one they often protect. I don't think that's always Lily... I think they have protected others at different times.

If Lily is giving more value than others and has been protected more.. Well, by definition that shows she has overall been a better HM than others.

TL;DR; The 'chosen one' shifts constantly in a season depending on who is helping create the best TV show at any given time. That's all I am saying.

ahhhh, ok, I see. Sorry, I actually watch very little UK tv these days. Most of my competition shows are Korean. I have watched the Voice UK this year though so far, but it's been kinda ****.

And I remember watching a year of The Voice UK when it was on the BBC, I liked the song choices for the most part, but felt that the talent was better on the US version.

Korean shows recently? I have loved Girls on Fire this year, but I love survival shows like Street Woman Fighter and Show Me the Money. They have a lot of reality stuff that isn't competitive as well.. Just Idols and whatever running and existing and stuff, which I enjoy.

The Voice this year.. It clearly has had some vocal talents in it, but the choices for the final are dry af. It's become more about the presenters than the contestants, tbh. I have loved Lee Anne Rhymes though.

Have you ever watched Physical 100 or The Devil's Plan? They're really good Reality Shows imo, if you haven't already seen them.

And I get what you mean, sometimes the talent on a singing show can be good, but you're just personally not interested in them.

They're Korean Shows that are up on Netflix.

Physical 100 as expected is 100 contestants competing to see who is overall the ultimate braun.

And The Devil's Plan is all about a contestants intelligence.

Have you ever watched Mouse or Beyond Evil? They're both Detective/Crime fiction.

Both are really good, but if you have the stomach for extremely dark storytelling then I recommend giving Mouse a shot at some point.

Unfortunately though I don't know if it can be watched legally at the moment.

And I have got to give Squid Game another shot, as I went into it too soon after Alice In Borderland I think.

I haven't no, but I'll check them out. I tend to go for more historical fantasy type stuff (Kingdom, Alchemy of Souls, etc).

It seems no matter what Lily does, she's going to win or still going to finish pretty high.

Lilys been the winner since day one, and it has been obvious. Many compare Lily to Yinrun however the difference is that Yinrun tailed off over the last few weeks while Lily remains in a strong position with the bookmakers odds.

And the bookmakers odds are usually in the end a truer reflection than say the online polls on these forums.

Not my winner and in truth i don't have any favourites but their it is, reminds me of David from Celeb BB, he was pretty much nailed into win from the opening night.

I disagree as Lily has a lot more haters and is in alot more danger in vote to evicts; I don’t think she’ll make the finale.

Also the bookies change constantly; already this year it’s flipped between Lily, Baked Potato, Emma, Khaled and Ali. This is all within two weeks as well.

Last year it also flipped between Yinrun, Trish, Henry, Olivia and Jordan within a space of a week also.

There is no clear bookies favourite

Lily will probably win as she always gets the airtime.

The way Lily made a big fuss about the secret basement,makes me even more relieved and glad she didn't become HOH. She was so annoying and nosy AF .

Why do housemates enjoy ruining special tasks ,and why do they take so much pleasure in making it difficult ?. And to make it worse all the other housemates were acting just as annoying. They all know the previous HOH's go somewhere quiet to make decisions. So why

Imagine if Lily had got HOH , she's so daft and gossipy... she'd ruin her own secret mission. She'd be like " HEY GUYS I JUST WENT THROUGH A WALL ...but shhh "

She must have repeated it a billion times about Ali going " through a wall" and then trying to push the door ,was such typical toddler behaviour from Lily.

Was it Ali who said to her later, sometimes you just need to use a bit of discretion? I think it was. It's the same with secret tasks. Some just want to blurt it out. Even Ali did with the Sarah/BP task so it's somewhat ironic coming from her.

You know Ali is a little hypocritical ,but I do find it really annoying how BB has been on air 100 years ...yet housemates still blurt out and ruin secret missions, like do they not know the concept of the show :rolleyes:... Verbal diarrhoea. I think Lily blabbering and letting the cat out ye bag ,made BB realise she'd be an awful HOH:laugh:.

I remember when Victor got super p1ssed off in UBB,when he tried to do a secret mission...and nobody
helped him . They were all experts in BB games,he even
tried telling them without telling them ,but they wouldn't

Too true. Referring back to the secret task BP & Sarah had to do about Nathan. Ok it wasn't particularly well played out by the 2 of them but then others started saying "It's a secret task. It's a secret task!" I was just thinking ****! Yes it's a secret task. You're not meant to guess and call it out. If you clocked it just stay shtum. They didn't however. I would have liked to have seen better consequences in that scenario. Not just you've lost a treat. Something drastic like they lost letters from home. :devil: They might think twice then in future. The punishments have been really trivial imo this series.
