I may have skewered my system issues as well by making out my laptop was playing up but it was just me turning it off and rebooting whenever I got overwhelmed. oh bless BD, hope you are getting the right help, medication, exercise etc to get you back on the right path, sounds like you have a great manager there, dont underestimate your ability to turn this round for yourself x

I am on a CBT course atm that is helping and I’m making sure I’m still walking and leaving the house while I’m not in work or I’d be in my own head all the time and not want to go anywhere.

Positive steps only!

I'm sorry to hear that and I hope you find something soon. I have a steady job however with the cost of living crisis, I was struggling so I took on a side hustle. If you want to find out more message me lol for real.

In the meantime get UC…your GP can also cover you with a FIT note. My son has been going through this for the last 7 months.

Yes and you can get UC even if you're working. It really helps.

Yeah I’m looking into JSA/UC tomorrow. I think they’ll sanction me at first because I resigned from a job role but I will explain to them my reasoning and that I’d have been sacked over the weekend regardless.

How did this UC interview go? Make sure to provide as much evidence as you can about the fact that you would have been let go regardless. If that is the case they shouldn't sanction you
