…Joey…..I feel so much for your sorrow, for your disappointment, for your disillusionment….….as you say, you generally wait before acting or making any huge decisions of any path in life…?….atm it feels almost impossible to find a visionary in politics and the only way that those visionaries will be seen and heard and hope to make any difference at all…?…is if they stay with their dreams …you’ll do what you feel is best, I know…… |

How has anything they've done so far helped the working classes, or vulnerable? Were you clinging onto hope through their actions because you thought they might still support open(ish) borders? |
A cynical interpretation is that they are playing 4D political chess moves - boosting the Reform agenda to weaken the Conservatives further, to make the next election Reform versus Labour.
They will hope that enough people won't want to see Reform be the biggest party and Labour will stay in government. |

I compare labour with reform to the way the tories handled ukip under cameron. The tories took back the ukip vote by promising a brexit referendum. What labour are doing now is a very similar approach on immigration |

I hesitated before posting how I felt now however I've been a strong political poster negatively and positively since joining TIBB. So have now updated my present position. So it's appreciated you understand that. I never in a million years expected the policies now being presented by this government. Now though out of the blue on near scapegoating migrants like the other lot do. Right, I'm off to plan something far more pleasurable, the last 2 sets of matches in the premier league. |

It is like a massive act of betrayal that's not just felt by me, however a growing number of other members and even MPs. We worked hard and endlessly, not just through the days but planning activities at nights as to the canvassing the next days onwards. When what you've said as the message given on doorsteps is then discarded once power was won. Then that's a real hard blow. Myself I have my own career and will be able to live without politics. However I also am looking at the Labour members who have been members for many decades. Pensioners who came out in the election to deliver leaflets and help the cause as they saw it then. Who now also feel severely let down. The last meeting I was at, the number of heads shaking in disbelief were incredible. So made my decision, not easy, because I don't break loyalty to people or causes easily. However this running up the backside of Farage and Reform by Labour now, was way too much to try to accept along with other policies done which were unexpected too. |

I didn't see, what you it seems had the foresight to see. So my apologies again for my dismissal of your views over those times. |
Kemi is Badenoch, Starmer is Worse Enoch.

For the bit in bold - The topic we were discussing had nothing to do with opinions, it had to do with what was true and what wasn't; leading to disastrous consequences for the present and future of this country. |

A Doctor phoned in He was originally in Afghanistan. But he was in France, working as Doctor but left 8 years ago as they wanted immigrant workers out. Now, he is in the UK, shocked that PM Stamer is like Reform UK. He also said it is good to see the Patient Who had a heart attack, smiling After they saved him. |

And as you say, what would be the point? It would only be "worth" ousting him if the entire beastly cohort that haunts the front bench goes too ... and chances are one of them would be the replacement. |
