She was bullied by Jade and the public complained in their thousands because they thought the bulling was racist. The racist element was later dismissed by the police and Ofcom. Clearly they was an element of Chinese whispers on the Internet which grew the number of complaints however her behavior wasn't acceptable even without the racist elements to the complaint.

All the racism comments where found to be unfounded by the Police and Ofcom. I'm sure all the tapes were inspected carefully. Both sides would have been looked at. Nothing was found. It is the bulling that is the problem and not the race issue.
