I dont get this!

First person to post each hour is accountable for that hour. Unless they were accountable for the previous hour.

I think whoever posts first in that hour compltes that hours task.

So if you posted at 1.23Pm and nobody else had posted between 1PM and 1.23PM then you would have been first poster and that is your hour, so you cannot post between 2PM and 2.59PM until somebody else has posted first. It all goes on the first post of each hour.

Is that beter explained or have i confused you more. (i'm not very good at explaining)
