True. I'm not saying that all English people are bad, it's just that some people are so stuck up their own arses and naive that they believe England to be superior to every other country in the world. Don't get me wrong, it's natural and a good thing to be patriotic, but the majority of English people mock the Welsh, Scottish and Irish population (who setteled on the British isles BEFORE the Engliss BTW), but there is a small majority that respect and recognise the other countries that surround England, and so I respect them. The thing is, the English often mock Welsh people for being of low intelligence. The fact that we are brought up to speak more than one language fluently should be enough to convince you otherwise.

Aha Croatia are not a big country. So where you were you when Croatia and Germany were entertaining us at Euro 2008? Sitting at home drinking beer like the rest of us. Totally agree with you - you see it more when you are away on holiday and mixing with groups of Brits together. English people tend to wear lots of clothes with England plastered all over them to show that they are english where you dont really see the scottish, irish and welsh doing that.

Fair point, but there is much, much less mocking on our side. Take the bore Jeremy Clarkson for example, he constantly digs at the Welsh on TV shows and there is no reaction. Yet when Welsh TV presenter, Beca Brown, mocked England a few years back there was a huge uproar!
