I didn believe the friends excuse either!

I think losing to Nadia is the real reason he did not want to be present. Remember he didn't want to be with the other 5 housemates late in the show so there was little incentive for him to want to have anything more to do with any of them.

Or maybe he was to busy making a fittness video......:laugh::laugh:

Well if he didnt want to have to mix with those 5 HMs he could have at least went to see Victor and Ahmed!

That was a good show - noticed Dermot didn't have time to interview Vanessa and Becki tho'. Loved all the clips, and Dan was super-cool. :hugesmile: Pity there wasn't enough time to ask them all individually what they're going to do next. Oh well, there's still BB Winner's Week to come! :spin2:

Yeah shame when all ends totally. It will be nice to see them all again at one point.

Rumour has it that Jason didn't show because he had a bit of a run in with Nadia and her family in a hotel coridoor :shocked:

The barbeque reunion is shown again tonight on C4, about 11/12pm ish. Have a look in the listings and it will tell you the exact time.

I just wish the reunion could have been shown at a post-watershed time so that they could talk freely and didn't have to try and be careful what they said etc. Or maybe they should have the barbie in the daytime and cocktails in the evening!

I was a bit worried when Jason didn't show up. Until he came out of the house, I didn't realise how insecure he is underneath that tough, macho exterior. I wonder if he has found the BB experience harder than most and therefore needs some time to adjust to reality again.

I enjoyed the show apart from the part where Dermot went into the bedroom and Nadia, Michelle, Marco and Emma were sitting on the bed acting like idiots.

You know, it could have been because he was spending time with his friends - remember that Jay lives in Scotland - quite a trek from London...

On GMTV Nadia seemed to imply that there was more to this than met the eye. She was asked why he didnt attend and muttered something about his family, but that she didnt really know. Could it be that he is a bad loser? Could it be that he has found out that if Victor hadnt sounded off he would have been out that week and felt a bit guilty about coming second? There are lots of could it be thats. Perhaps he had just had enough and couldnt stand the forced friendliness that is always around at these events. I did feel sorry for his superfan though- all by her lonesome.

I heard on the radio today that Jason was extremely unhappy with the way Davina conducted his exit interview, and the booing he got. he felt Davina was trying to present him as sexually ambiguous or something.

Personally I think the BBQ was an occasion to bite the bullet and mingle.
Everyone on there wanted the attention and publicity after all.

To be honest as much as i did dislike Jason I dont think he wouldn't go just because of how he was represented - I believe it has to do with his mum x

its a shame because there were other hms i wouldnt mind not turning up at the bbq more than jason!!

And the bbq should have been longer.... it was too short to get to talk to everyone indervidually which was a real shame.

they didnt even talk to everyone, at the end i notcied that some of the hms were missing. i thought it was going to be good but the show seemed liked it was rushed and i agree rm, i should have been longer!!

In someways it might have been better recorded this coming Saturday and edited and shown on Sunday after 9pm on C4.

That would have given the final 4 more time in the real world before returning to the house.
