I hate it when people slag off Gaga fans for lack of originality. I dont think you can really choose what you like. I just naturally love her and her music. :love:

I don't think any artist will ever be original, they will always be influenced by something but of course artists do have their own ideas too.

GaGa's never actually claimed to be an original anything though, so when people slag her off for being unoriginal they just look stupid tbh

Exactly shes always talking about her inspiration and how much she respects artists like Madonna, David Bowie etc.

Which then leads to artists like Madonna, surely she must have been inspired by a famous singer ala Debbie Harry when she was first starting out?

You can be influenced by someone but have your own different ideas as an artist without claiming to be original, hell a lot of artists are sampling old tracks in the charts nowadays they can slag all them off too:p.
