I think David Moyes is probably targeting a CM too, he knows we need to strengthen in that area a lot and has said so before.

Coentrao seems to perform really well for Portugal when I see them. Shaw has potential, but I don't really want two full backs starting who are going to need some time to really hit their peak. Saying that...Shaw at least means Evra doesn't have to play all the time.

I like Coentrao, he can play LM too and even CDM if need be I think.

Shaw is younger and has more potential, he is a Chelsea fan and may have his heart set on going there but if it's true United are interested I hope he realises how young talent like Welbeck, Jones, Cleverley, Smalling, Januzaj etc are getting games and given the platform to develop and he could benefit from that.

The contract at least means we won't have to sell him for like 20m. I'm delighted if he does sign. Then if he wants to stay with Mata and Adnan etc playing around him..lovely.
