I reckon tonight will be down by quite a bit against Silent Witness and Broadchurch. CBB got 2.40m last week and was the lowest rating of the series (bar the first Saturday). So I reckon 2.6m tonight.

Just kidding. :hehe:

Outstanding ratings for a highlights show, can't believe it's the most watched non launch or finale in 5 years.. it just goes to show.. a programme can have rough moments, just air out the creases and let it get back on track.. now if BBUK could do the same, that would be excellent!

3.22
3.22
I literally have to keep saying 3.22
It sounds more like an official figure, rather than an overnight!?
So is that gonna be like 3.7/3.8? I missed it last night so will be catching up in 10!

*mazedsalv** 19-01-2015 12:47 PM

First 5 officials released, these all include +1: (in brackets are what the overnight was)

Weds 7th Jan Launch- 3.65m (3.27m)
Thurs 8th Jan- 3.05m (2.55m)
Fri 9th Jan- 2.76m (2.31m)
Sat 10th Jan (Jeremy ejected)- 2.84m (2.25m)
Sun 11th Jan- 3.23m (2.69m)

The average after those 5 days- 3.11m incl +1

Some very large timeshifts there! 600,000 added onto that Saturday!

The Fridays Live From The House got 2.15m at 10pm! Bear in mind this was before the Ken ejection (when we saw another spike).

MTV reruns are also doing very well and in the Top 5 of the channel:

1 TEEN MOM 2 (WED 2002) 241,000
2 CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER (FRI 1859) 78,000
3 CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER (SAT 1801) 61,000
4 AWKWARD (WED 2100) 59,000
5 CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER (THU 1859) 58,000

Rob! 19-01-2015 01:00 PM

Omg :flutter:

Brilliant ratings, not shocked by the Saturday timeshift and I'm sure Morley's ejection will be another high point.

I'm gonna guess that the official average of this series will match that of CBB6 (3.3 million)

JohnnyBB 19-01-2015 01:39 PM

Its been such a succesfull series so far, some part of me thinks and i dont know why but i have this feeling channel 4 will get it back.

Loukas 19-01-2015 01:44 PM

:amazed: :amazed: :amazed:

This series deserves it! Tonight i'm going for 2.8m (if it gets that with all the competition i'll be really impressed)

Yeah its just i dont think channel 4 can afford for channel 5 to be getting 3+ million veiwers in, channel 4s only logical thing is too do is buy the show back!

when CBB is on, C4 tends to get half the audience, yesterday's 13% share for CBB went against 7% for channel 4, good, but pretty beatable!

I actually just died. 2.15M FOR LIVE FROM THE HOUSE THO
DEAR MTV, PLEASEEEE put a few hours of live feed on the channel!

It's weird, 78,000 was about what Secrets and Lies Live Feed got from like 7-9PM on 5*.. interesting that they dropped that because it was well down on the normal 200,000 for shows at the same time beforehand, I wonder if CBB Live Feed could give 200K, making it highly watched for the channel.. it'd be the perfect match on MTV! Though it's probably too heated and argumentative! Would be nice to see it on a saturday or sunday, instead of where BOTS used to be

Even if Channel 4 did want to buy it back (which they wouldn't), I doubt Channel 5 would let it go.

Although if Ch5 dont act fast then the highest bidder will take the show

Its not their show to buy back though they don't have dibs on it or something.

Channel 4 would never buy BB back anyway imo they have to much pride and it would be like accepting defeat.

ITV maybe but can't see it airing on the main channel

emmetmcl 19-01-2015 11:18 PM

Around 2.64 tonight I'd say.
Somewhere around the same as Saturday anyway.

:clap1:

...and honestly I wouldn't want it to go back to C4, C5 are doing a great job recently, especially with CBB. There's no need for it to change channels again, it's fine where it is.

emmetmcl 20-01-2015 12:09 AM

C4 can **** off.
Their early editing style can come back though.

What about the live feed issue does that not bother people

mrmattybeck1 20-01-2015 08:42 AM

#CelebrityBigBrother continued with 2.63m/10.5%, putting @channel5_tv comfortably ahead of both BBC2 and Channel 4. Great rating
