It didn't feel as warm and as likeable compared to season 1.

I'm not so sure. I think maybe Taylor Lautner (idk his name in the show) is the baby? And I think the new killer is actually the husband who got pushed into the swamp. After all, he got the cape and the mask thrown onto him... He then definitely has a motive to kill. He may not have actually died that night.

Hmm yeah the baby would be 31 now, so it could be Taylor's character but he looks a little too young.

Just watched this.

I found it okay? It wasn't good but it wasn't bad either. IA with people saying it was pretty slow. The Chanel's weren't even in it for the first 15 minutes. And I'm also not too keen on the whole background/setting this season, it's kinda messy.

Not warm and likeable.

I just think the concept of this season is a bit messed up whereas the concept of the first was much more simple and clear (Killer Red Devil stalks campus) whereas this one takes place after the events of S1 and the same characters are recruited to work as doctors in some isolated hospital despite them not even being doctors idk but then again it's SQ I'm not expecting it to be realistic.

Smithy 21-09-2016 05:23 PM

Not to mention it being exactly the same style mystery about a potential baby getting revenge for something which happened to a parent

You'd have thought they'd have done something slightly different, plus will we find out who the final Red Devil was in the S1 finale when the channels are in the asylum? Or are they just going to ignore it and move onto the greenie meanie? :conf2:

Mess wasn't SQ originally supposed to be a horror/comedy anthology series like American Horror Story where they have a completely new storyline and characters each series. They've obviously thrown that out of the window

Hmm yeah. I think the setting probably is the problem with the season as the original characters are still good.

Yeah like I don't get why there all working in a hospital, seems messy.

That's true, I guess it's not meant to be realistic lol

I love horror movies that take place in a hospital. They're one of my favourite settings so I'll see how SQ plays out with it as it's only the first episode.

That was terrible :joker:

BigSister 22-09-2016 05:59 PM

I enjoyed it as I know its supposed to be bad but I liked the new characters how they fitted in.

Marsh. 22-09-2016 06:20 PM

This show peaked with Ariana Grande's death tbh.

Samm 22-09-2016 10:31 PM

Omfg at Chanel #5 and the wart guy kissing and Chanel and Chanel #3 appearing with confetti and congratulating the wart guy on seeing through the ugliness of Chanel #5 when Chanel #5 thought they were talking about her seeing through the ugliness of the wart guy :joker:

Marsh. 28-09-2016 05:44 PM

I actually quite enjoyed episode 1.

It would be a lot better if they stuck to the anthology idea.

Trying to shoehorn the exact same characters in is what drags it down and makes it clumsy as hell.

Just give them new roles. Poor Jamie Lee Curtis deserves better.

Will. 28-09-2016 06:24 PM

Episode 2 was actually really good imo.

Will. 28-09-2016 06:24 PM

It's got a 2 week break! :(

BBJordan 28-09-2016 06:30 PM

really enjoyed episode two more than episode one, that video with Chanel #5 trying to help Tyler get the machine :joker:

Hmm I kind of agree but most of the audience would fume at the Chanels not being involved - even if they did have the three of them playing nurses who were the exact same as the Chanels.
