I'm confused why they have the people "telling" the story though, it would work better without the narration... but I'm happy we have Lily Rabe

I'm LOVING this so far

...I enjoyed the story a lot/very creepy and scary but the narration bit, I'm not so sure about only because it takes away from the scary because you obviously know that they're going to be ok...otherwise they couldn't be narrating back...

I'm really wondering where this season is going to go :think: if Sarah and Cuba are part of an actual documentary then that means that Kathy/Wes/gags etc are also all actors in the documentary, so there isn't actually a main villain at the minute?

I wondered if the real shelby and matt are actually still living there, and after the fake documentary show is done filming, it shows lily and real matt instead of sarah and cuba? idk

I think Sarah Paulson and Cuba are the main characters and while filming the documentary in the house weird stuff starts to happen to the cast and crew, if you know what I mean?

Yeah, so in an ep the director will shout cut and then something really weird will happen and they'll have a "real" reaction

so the rumours about gags playing an evil fairy type creature were actually true lmao

i watched 1 episode of this, but what a flop, the first 4 series were really great, but Hotel was really crap, and this is weird :hehe:

I'm loving this series, it has no cringyness (so far anyway)

Kathy stole this ep though, she plays the baddie way too good

Just watched episodes 2 and 3 and I'm into this season now. The first ep didn't really grab me (which was annoying since I'd loved the idea of a Roanoke themed season) but it's gotten really interesting as the story's started playing out. I'm really intrigued to see where it goes and what this big twist will be.

By the way, the voice of the guy talking to Lee (real Lee) was Cheyenne Jackson right? Really sounded like him.

Really loved episode 3. Cuba randomly ****ing Lady Gaga felt like FS/Hotel kind of desperate shock value scenes though.

They've had rapey shock value scenes ever since Season 1 to be fair.
