The release date for FF13 is the same for both xbox and Ps3 in the west. The japanese ps3 version will be out for a while before the western versions come out though.

Oh, awesome, they probs wont even fill a 360 disc with the PS3 version anyway, they didnt with GTA IV

Apparently they aren't releasing the game until the 360 version is fully burned onto disc. So I guess you could say that the 360 version is slowing it down.
