I like:

Criminal
Gasoline
Beautiful
Seal It with a kiss
Inside out

most from the new lot to listen to, but the others arent far behind!!

Zippy 13-03-2011 05:37 PM

I think its a really good pop album but its not a cool club sound at all. More eurotrash dance pop.

It's what she should do because it requires little from her. Her vocals are manipulated to death and I personally can only listen to so many tracks before the unreal voice grates. On some tracks she's close to sounding like the chipmunks.

but I really love half the tracks and kinda like the other half. *surprised*

ps; I still think she's a lazy cow.

BIG FAT BASS

Callum 19-03-2011 05:28 PM

The bonus tracks have leaked, all great but I can see why they never made the cut. Up N' Down has an amazing beat though.

Callum 21-03-2011 06:35 PM

Okay I take back what I said about seeing how the bonus tracks never made the cut. Selfish is amazing, how is it only a bonus track?!?! Up N Down is really good too, but Selfish could have been a huge hit. It's done by the same producers who worked on Firework, What's My Name?, Peacock and Only Girl (In the World). Massive hit potential yet wasted as a bonus track. :(

Still in other news, Till the World Ends moved up to #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 last week, another top 10 hit for her.

Zippy 21-03-2011 07:21 PM

I wanna go
Seal it with a kiss
Gasoline
Criminal
How I roll

are my faves....even though Im not a fan!

Callum 21-03-2011 08:37 PM

I Wanna Go likely to be third single  I hope she does a themed video for it, the dancing and choreography she's doing for HIAM and TTWE videos is cool and everything but I do like videos with a story or theme to them.

'Conor 21-03-2011 09:56 PM

i really love trouble for me :joker:

Callum 27-03-2011 02:55 AM

Album out tomorrow! Pre-ordered my copy from HMV, comes with exclusive postcards apparently. It'll get to #1 in the US, that's for sure but I'd love for her to get a #1 album over here after all these years, she still hasn't had one. But I think Adele will most likely prevent her from getting it, I think she may be beat by some other new releases too. :( She really only relys on her big fans for sales over here nowadays.

Oh and she performed HIAM and TTWE for the first time live in Las Vegas at the Palms resort last night, I've seen the videos and she looked great! The routines were brilliant, you can tell she really worked hard on them. Obviously she lip synched but Britney's done that for years now yet she still gives a good performance.

Getting the CD tomorrow!

Callum 27-03-2011 10:00 PM

Yay! I hope my CD arrives tomorrow, if not I might just buy another copy. Going to buy it on iTunes too, if I can help a tiny bit in the album charting in the top 5, I'll be pleased. :)

Callum 27-03-2011 10:44 PM

15 minutes until the album's on UK iTunes! Hearing the songs in iTunes quality at last will be bliss

Callum 27-03-2011 11:47 PM

Just bought it from iTunes. I love the LP, never had one before but I really like it. I'm in love with all of the photos from the booklet.

This one is stunning, I hope it becomes artwork for a single. It's too nice just to be wasted as a photo from the album booklet.

Callum 28-03-2011 06:38 PM

Up n' Down has grown on me enormously. The bridge in it is stunning.

Barbie 29-03-2011 07:42 AM

Really like the bonus tracks, only heard them when i got the CD, Selfish and Up and Down should have been on the main CD, replacing how i roll. Its the only song i'm not keen on.

Callum 29-03-2011 05:21 PM

I agree, I love them too, they both could have been good singles. :(

Britney was great on Good Morning America, it was filmed on Sunday but aired today to coincide with the album release. Wish she would have performed something other than Big Fat Bass though.

'Conor 29-03-2011 05:43 PM

Japan bonus track 'Scary'

Callum 02-04-2011 01:13 AM

Femme Fatale debuted at #4 on the Irish album chart. Rather surprised, she's had more number ones over there than in the UK so I thought it would chart higher. At least it'll still be #1 in America on Thursday though.

'Conor 02-04-2011 09:47 AM

4 is still good

Vladimir 02-04-2011 12:04 PM

It's sad to see Femme Fatale kind of flopping on the charts around the world. :( It's such a great album, it's almost as good as Blackout.

I love all the bonus tracks, especially He About To Lose Me and Scary.

But she's done no promo internationally at all apart from pre-recorded super short radio interviews. Only place she's done promo is America and she's gunna have another #1 album there, hardly a flop. It's obvious her team only really care about selling in America these days though.

I hope she's going to do some promo in the UK and other major European countries, but that's unlikely.

It seems like Big Fat Bass will be the third single in the USA, and I wanna Go in Europe. BFB could chart well in Europe too, imo.
