WWE wrestler The Undertaker reportedly suffered facial injuries and a concussion during his match with Rey Mysterio on last week's Smackdown.

Undertaker will need a month to recover and he could miss the Fatal Four-Way PPV, reports the Wrestling Observer.

Undertaker is currently slotted in the Smackdown brand's World Hvt. Title match at the PPV with Jack Swagger, Big Show, and C.M. Punk.

If Undertaker does miss WWE's next PPV on June 20, Rey Mysterio is a likely candidate to replace him.

Did notice he was bleeding a lot at the end of that match too:(.
