What’s the point of anyone running these games if nobody is going to play it fairly? It’s a bit of a fun on an otherwise quiet big brother forum, is winning really that important? Is this the first round it’s been done or has it been done on other rounds and that’s why certain teams have been doing so well?

It just takes the piss out of me, wastes my time which is precious af atm considering I’m doing 12 hour days at work (this isn’t a poor me poor me story - I just want to emphasise how much effort I put into this so that everyone can have a bit of fun) and yeah, I’m open to suggestions from everyone else but I’m not really sure where we go now.

I understand why you’re so annoyed Smithy, anyone on here who says that they’d be fine with it if they’d put hours and hours into the quiz for back to back cheating, I’d like to finish the quiz, but I completely understand how much effort you’ve put into this quiz and would need to in order to finish it.

I request that you don't cancel this.

But i understand why you would.

Have to say I’d totally understand but be gutted if this got cancelled - it’s great fun and a good distraction from “life” for me of late! Nice distraction for a few hours here and there. :sad:

There's one more round right? Finishing it would be best. Maybe just dock a certain amount of points from that team. Who knows how many of those answers the team would've gotten anyway so maybe subtract a certain % of the ones Slim got, idk what % would be best

I’m confused, are people just expected to just know the answers or not know them or is some research allowed, obviously including people from outside the team is taking it to extreme :laugh: but some googling must be expected :shrug:even on the sly

This reminds me of when my sister in law was in a pub quiz team and would text me to google answers because theywere desperate to to beat a certain team :joker:

Googling has always been allowed. Reverse searching images is not, though, as it takes away all the work of finding the correct answer, and in turn, the quizzing element behind the game.

I don’t even know what reverse googling is, so it wasn’t me :laugh:

This is the basics of the game, Googling is fine it’s research in a way but reverse searching isn’t the same bc it takes away the research aspect

Obviously asking people on another forum defeats the entire purpose of the game. So I mean obviously Slim is axed from his team but I’m just curious as to what to do next?

If his team wins is it a hollow victory considering it could have been done for previous rounds? Should the whole team be punished by a point deduction (AGAIN)?

Actually no, I made it crystal clear here and Slim still decided to carry on, so he is off the team and unfortunately Social Quiztancing’s score for this round will be halved

Right seeing as I didn’t even get chance to give out the clues the round will be extended until 10pm tomorrow, I’ll post clues in the morning so you’ll have the day to find them

Also when you send your answers don’t do what Cald has done and send me 4 ****ing PMs of different answers as if I don’t have enough to ****ing do than go through four ****ing lists
