In the Night
a Car crashed into the President's car
Old Biden was out of the Car walking

But Mr Leeman wasn't old, he was sick, and he ate potentially dodgy kippers

Colorado Supreme Court kicks Trump off ballot,
citing 'insurrection'

[Colorado's Supreme Court has ruled that
Donald Trump cannot run for president next year
in the state, citing a constitutional insurrection clause.

The court ruled 4-3 that Mr Trump was not
an eligible candidate because he had engaged in an
insurrection over the US Capitol riot
nearly three years ago.
The Trump campaign called the decision
anti-democratic and vowed to appeal.
It is the first ever use of Section 3 of the
US Constitution's 14th Amendment to
disqualify a presidential candidate.

Similar attempts to kick Mr Trump off the ballot
in New Hampshire, Minnesota and Michigan
have failed.
Tuesday's decision - which has been placed on
hold pending appeal until next month - does not apply
to states other than Colorado.

The ruling only applies to the state's primary election
on 5 March, when Republican voters will choose
their preferred candidate for president,

though it could also affect the general election
in Colorado next November.]

This not about their USA General Election 2024 November

bots 20-12-2023 06:19 AM

it's pretty meaningless, it only affects the primaries. Primaries are state run, the main election is federal

But enough states successfully do it, he might make it to the general.

Maybe they'd rather have Ron DeSantis as president

I'm pretty sure each state gets to make its own rules for presidential elections.

they can certainly set rules for voting process etc, but i'm going by news channels reporting this and they say it only affects the primary in this instance.

bots 20-12-2023 07:27 PM

reading further, there is jeopardy in it for trump, because if he he takes it to the supreme court to appeal, it will then apply to all states if he loses the appeal ... then he is ****ed

Why Again? Hidden in Plain Sight: Covid/Psyop-19 Operation’s Objectives:

1. Creation of “The Pandemic” as a financial mechanism. Manufactured pandemics have become mammoth investment opportunities that increase the wealth of billionaires and consolidate power

2. Acceleration of the largest transfer of wealth in human history

3. Disguising the reasons for the global debt crisis (Points finger at a “deadly virus”)

4. Expansion of and setting the stage for digital IDs, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), Universal Basic Income (UBI), and allowing for the tracking of purchases; nudging people towards ‘desired’ behaviors, or the ability to ‘shut off’ undesirables (Social Credit Score)

5. Justification and implementation of the Bio-Security State, including AI surveillance across multiple sectors of society

6. Creation of an entirely new and lucrative Bio-Medical ‘health management’ system in order to introduce and codify an entirely new Bio-Tech medical model for the Pharmaceutical Industry with a focus on mRNA ‘vaccines’

7. Casting fear; conditioning the population for “States of Emergency”, and preparing for the implementation of “The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development

Why shouldn't he take a break? Everyone's off from just before Christmas to just after New Year.

I don't even know what day it is! (insert Biden joke here)

Trump is an asshole, but people shouldn't attempt to remove him from ballots. Let democracy decide if the american people want him as president.

I can't see the supreme court blocking him from standing, it would set a dangerous precedent

If the democrats are that scared of losing, maybe they should put up a better candidate

I want him to be elected so that he can prosecute everyone on Epstein client list.
As a president he can definitely do that.

The Undemocratic party do not believe in democracy, only in stealing elections using what ever electoral fraud they can get away with.

He’s being removed from ballots because the constitution deems anyone who partakes in or encourages an insurrection to be unworthy of holding public office so should be barred and it was republicans that got him removed from the ballot in the first place.

The American people have their say in 2020 and he and his goons did everything in their power to try and overturn it and ruin democracy, they shouldn’t be allowed another chance to do the exact same thing, because they will

put in perspective, someone can run for president even if they are in jail. He will be on the ballot. No-one has found him guilty of plotting an insurrection, unless i have missed something
