However, I think she'll do the best after the show, she could be an artist and a presenter imo.

No it doesn't. He's just saying that they're under extraordinary pressure already and that it's heightened by the fact that they have to duet with established stars like him and Robbie. I think it was a perfectly reasonable thing to suggest and he was complimenting the contestants for their professionalism and craft. Wow, you just have it in for George Michael.

Joe and Olly wont do well after the show. It's clear that unless you are in a boyband.. you are not going to really make it as a male artist after the X factor... The girls are focused a lot on because of their image and it gets them publicity more than their music most times.
