Ok I already prefer this to last week

Marsh. 03-10-2015 07:34 PM

This theme tune gives me hepatitis.

Marsh. 03-10-2015 07:35 PM

That shot was cool, of her in the Tardis and him outside of it.

Marsh. 03-10-2015 07:36 PM

Am I dreaming or has The Doctor and Clara just started an episode normally and then entered a new standalone story????

I miss when the show was like this. :flutter:

This is quite good. Still can't cope with Capaldi though.

Marsh. 03-10-2015 07:51 PM

Capaldi is great. The writing lets him down. :fist:

Kate! 03-10-2015 07:55 PM

He's not a patch on David Tennant or Matt Smith though.

At least it's not a multi coloured coat, an umbrella or a fez :flutter:

Silver linings and all that.

Marsh. 03-10-2015 08:11 PM

James Cameron called. he wants his Titanic effects back.

Lostie! 03-10-2015 08:11 PM

I loved that, one of the best in years imo. I love Doctor Who when it gets creepy.

And I forgot it was another two-parter until he said "before the flood".

Marsh. 03-10-2015 08:19 PM

I might just watch it once a fortnight now. Watch the two parters in one movie-like sitting.

lewis111 03-10-2015 08:36 PM

this episode was soo much better than the last 2 weeks

Ashley. 03-10-2015 08:36 PM

I hate how Doctor Who is now aimed mostly at tumblr users and fanatics. All these cheesy lines and the Doctor suddenly being unfamiliar with the concept of death as a recent example. The writing isn't great at all and Capaldi could've been so much better than this had they not gone down the "mad man in a box" route again. I'm truly disappointed in Moffat.

Doctor Who has always been cheesy, as much as I love it.
