Danger Made Me

Happy isn't boring

I love Leona's signature style. I don't really want her to follow the Jessie J/Lady Gaga/Katy Perry route. Just my opinion.
|
I think Leona might be working with Rusko on her new album, because he recorded a bunch of tracks with Britney Spears for her new album during the summer, however none of them have made the final cut and he said that he has pitched them to an artist who came from UK X Factor, and then it turned out that Leona is doing dubstep on her new album.
Just a thought. ;) |
Leona has 1 dupstep track recorded, shes not doing dubstep though
|
Has that been confirmed?

Does anyone have the songs that leaked before Echo was released? The ones that were released when a load of Alexandra Burke songs leaked?

Leona and Adele maybe?
Leona Lewis has revealed that she would like to duet with Adele. The pair, who are both former students of the Brit School, have previously praised each other's talent with the 'Someone Like You' star stating that Lewis has the "best voice ever". Speaking to Metro after performing in Radio 1's Live Lounge yesterday, Lewis confirmed that she has been "invited" to perform on The X Factor USA when it launches later this year. "What came into my head was a duet with Adele," the 25-year-old told the paper. "I think she is incredible. I met her a little while ago. "We did VH1 Divas together and I just think she's awesome. She's done so well and her music speaks for itself. That's what it is - just talent." Speaking about her upcoming third LP, Lewis teased: "I've been working in Europe and the US with new producers. It's fresh and it's all coming together with a different sound." In a separate interview with the Hackney Citizen, she elaborated: "It is definitely more progressive, it's more eclectic. After being on my tour, my cousin, who is a producer, remixed a lot of my songs to be a bit more uptempo, a bit darker. I really wanted to take that into the next album." http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/s1...ble-adele.html |
Woo!
Leona Lewis and Plan B have been announced as the first acts confirmed to play BBC Radio 1's Hackney Weekend 2012. The two-day event will take place on June 23 and 24 on Hackney Marshes in East London and mark the run-up to the London 2012 Olympics. It will be the biggest free-ticketed event that Radio 1 has ever organised, with 100,000 people able to attend over the weekend. The majority of the tickets will be distributed among people living locally and in neighbouring boroughs. The music event will have six stages including the Radio 1 Main Stage, the 1Xtra Arena - which will hold 30,000 people - the In New Music We Trust stage and the BBC Introducing stage. Over 80 acts will be playing the stages across the weekend, making it the largest multi-act lineup that Radio 1 has ever organised. The festival will be broadcast on BBC Three, with additional buildup programming due to be unveiled in the coming months. The event will mark the opening weekend of the London 2012 Festival. Earlier this month, Foo Fighters, Lady GaGa and the Black Eyed Peas played Radio 1's Big Weekend in Carlisle. http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/music/ne...-festival.html |
She shouldn't overthink her sound and delay her new album. I worry about reports of dubstep for example.
I hope she will take a lead from Adele and just write great songs rather than jump on various dance bandwagons. |

I was thinking something like Only Girl in the world by RIhanna would suit leonas voice, and Kelly Clarkson's songs. |

Rather than dueting with Adele, I'd rather she write with Adele and sing it solo on her next album, as they have a friendship and some history together it seems. |
I don't think Leona suits "Only Girl"-type songs, personally.
I want her to release an album like Adele's 21, showing off just her amazing voice really. |
