I'm going to do something I never thought I would do in my life and agree with the conservatives, not entirely but I feel there should be a recruitment drive for the care sector. I think there should be a bigger push in schools towards this area.

Of course it needs shaking up with better pay, flexible working for parents and better regulation for the sector as a whole.
