Recently watched A Man Called Otto .

Excellent movie with Tom Hanks in the lead role as Otto and his son plays the role of young Otto .

Oddly enough Otto is very similar to me or the other way around

:)

7.5 on IMDB. Not a rating of true greatness but 7.5 is a solid rating which means it's probably worth a watch and likely to be fairly good.

You're easily pleased.

Tbf IMDB doesn't count for individual taste.

To be fair IMDB is the best rating site you can go from. Take that from a movie expert like Me.

My movie expertise goes from the silent era of 1920s to the modern day. I wouldn't short change anyone with my opinion. I'm always honest.

Twilight Zone: The Movie - 1983

BETTER than the majority of crappy films made today.

Great movie and there's also a brilliant series.

Oppenheimer

10/10 all day long

Iceman 20-08-2023 08:47 PM

^ Still need to see Oppenheimer, hopefully going this week.

Last movie I actually watched was Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. Purely watching Marvel movies and shows now in the hope they get good again. Was a bit of a chore tbh.

He's very good, there's a great over cast for this film as well as him

I have to process Windows updates tonight as Microsoft are releasing the bug fixing updates at 6pm.

Also the film is a bit long for my bladder so will have to wait for the DVD

Tbf I can't really argue against that.

Yesterday I watched Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.

And tbh for the most part I thought it was a fun Film, yes the Film has it's "woke" elements, and imo the cute redhead could've done with a bigger role.

But all in all I actually liked the Film, in particular Simon, Edgin & Xenk from the heroes side were my favourites.

There is a fun antagonist performance in the Film as well, but I won't spoil that as the Film will make it fairly obvious who the villainous characters are anyway.

But yeah I liked the Film, it isn't the best Film ever made imo, but I thought that the Film was fun, which I'll gladly take.

If I were to score the Film out of 10, it would between a 7.5-8/10

Fair enough.

D&D is an acquired taste I think anyway, it's not really going to be for everyone.
