http://i.imgur.com/STVQccC.png http://i.imgur.com/PkGqxVc.png http://i.imgur.com/vCopwS2.png Jamie89 - thank you for playing, and commiserations on meeting such a grisly end. It is rather annoying as a gamemaker when a frontrunner to win gets killed off. Rob, congratulations - you live to fight another day. and no I didn't try very hard to make that picture realistic did I? |
Yeah, you played a fantastic game Jamie :clap1:
I had you down to win. |

http://i.imgur.com/YNTRgSa.png For your seventh task you'll be undergoing an ICB standard: the grid references task. Below is an image containing 80 squares, labelled A1-10, B1-10, and so on - the final letter being H. All eight of you will take it in turn to try and guess where I have hidden 10 clues in this image of a forum member's computer desk. Now if you do the maths, that means you'll be uncovering 40 of the 80 squares between you, which means you'd have a 50/50 chance of passing the task (this is probably not mathematically accurate but I'm in bed with a cold at the moment so **** maths). To counter these horrible odds, I have provided you with one free space - A1 - already uncovered. Call me Santa Claus! http://i.imgur.com/nqtfK4O.png Firewire, as team leader you have a simple task: to ensure that all eight players submit a list of five grid references each when I'm available. And to make sure that between you, you find at least nine of the ten clues. It is up to Firewire to decide who goes first. Once a player has given me their five desired squares, I will update the map with their squares taken out (and any clues uncovered). It is important to consider that I haven't exactly chosen the squares with any precision - they were all chosen randomly. So don't think "hmm, this square has a drawer in it, maybe there's a clue in it", because Forum Search logic could just as easily mean there are four clues all on that armchair. Two squares carry automatic immunity. In the unlikely event that one member finds both of these immunities with their go, they may donate one immunity to a player of their choice. Team, you have until 8pm on Saturday to complete all of your decisions. |

Aww poor Jonathan getting to be tl of a luck task :worry:

I'm free now before I start work
|
Should we make a list of the squares and cross them out/delete them as we go so nobody posts the same guesses?
