But once we have a hard no deal brexit we will all be filthy rich and it will be a new golden age of prosperity for all..

Only those traitors spreading project fear on steroids will disagree.

Are you a traitor?

Thus goes the argument . . . :bored:

...I’m sure that BB is tracking TiBB all of the time and using things we’ve said...with the Rule Britannia thing..?...that’s a good pun though, I hadn’t thought of that, I was too busy ranting...when Britannia waives the rules in something so important, not even a blink of the eye...but the thought of lyrics not being sung...(...because of virus restriction...)...the very awful outraged cheek of it all...can we please protect the greatness of Britain and traditions etc...it’s all crazy stuff in a very non funny way...I mean, it really doesn’t matter whether it was voted Brexit or Remain etc, because we’re all as one anyway...surely no one is failing to see that this jigsaw doesn’t fit and the pieces are being manipulated for personal gain for a ‘chosen few’...‘Britannia’ has had shocking leaders in days gone by...but none more shocking than this man Boris of the Johnsons....

Do you believe that, arista?

The legal guy left because the government is trying to break the law. His views on remain/leave are irrelevant at this stage because we've left.

In fact, purging any remainers doesn't make any sense. Brexit has been won, and tories have a massive majority. 5 remainers have no power to do anything. If an African or middle east government were doing this, you'd see how dangerous removing anyone who thinks differently is.

Beth Rigby,SkyNewsHD(Owned by left wing NBC/Comcast)

Of course only the Lawyer that just left
matters.

I can’t quite put my finger on who wanted it forced through parliament in a couple of days

...so what’s his next move, then...he’s spent so much time and energy trying to keep favour with the USA...but fair is fair and fair is karma, as they say...he turns his back on NI then America will turn their back on him...there are consequences to being so self serving ...sadly it wouldn’t just be Boris who would face those consequences because he’s well prepared, I’m sure ../...as will be his chosen few...he knows that the country that he serves can never be prepared for what it might face and for what he’s chosen for it to face...

...he’s just the most careless and despicable of people...

Breaking the law and screwing the GFA will have consequences. Or is this just more project fear?

arista 10-09-2020 06:05 PM

The EU
await to see what Britain does.

Next week it's to be rushed through Parliament.

No one feels a deal has any chance of being reached if this passes through parliament. The EU will be taking legal action, not giving us a thing. I can't work out whether you don't understand what is happening, or you're so invested in brexit being good, that you're in complete denial.

bots 10-09-2020 06:13 PM

i still think that a deal is quite probable, and i think that the government are playing funny business with the bill to ramp up the pressure to get the deal done. Why else would they do it specifically now rather than toward the end of the year

I just reporting the Facts
there is a War on words, at this time.
What is happening
has not fully unfolded yet.
........
EU taking legal action - is to be expected.
They have given Johnson PM 21 days to withdraw his new breach.
