since most new shows get canned so quickly over here i dont ever have expectations of it lasting. i dont get my hopes up. it sucks each time when you do like the show though. its not about whats good or bad. that doesnt matter. its about ratings. i wish it was like it was back even 15-20 years ago. Seinfeld is a prime example. the ratings for that by today standards were horrible through the first 4-5 years. they were good sometime around or after that and it last for a good time. if they put that show on today and had the same ratings it did for the first season more than likely it wouldnt last a full season.
