I watched a bit of UK news last night where they had Nancy Pelosi and Brendan Boyle from the USA on, it's a sad state of affairs when the Americans seem to know more and care more about Ireland (The republic and the North) than Britain does

i haven't been able to get any details on what they actually change. all i've heard is that the agreed protocols will all remain in place, so, what exactly are people complaining about, what rights are being removed etc ... i just don't know

The legal profession is warning us what this government is in the process of doing. Not a sandal wearing hippy, but real lawyers.

You're so wrong on this issue, The UK should not be intentionally breaking the law to get out of agreements it made and passed through parliament. Where does it end? If they wanted to put people in camps?

...It doesn’t end, once the line is crossed, then the values and integrity have stopped recognising ‘end’ and show there was no respect for it at any point of ‘negotiations’....

It really is the behaviour of fascists and autocrats. People keep getting upset when they are told what they are supporting and what their opinions and support for this makes them, but not once do they examine themselves and their ideals. Just more stupid lies they tell themselves as to why it's ok for us to do it.

It's too late at that point, the genie is out of the bottle.

If they do it (they say they are and refuse to amend it, so they definitely are), is that acceptable?

...I guess that so much has been invested in it being ok..hopes and dreams etc and what was sold on the tin’ of Vote Brexit...?...to ‘examine’ then all ‘Visions’ would have to be shattered, and that’s very difficult for some people as well who may have voted more in ‘good faith’...I’m wondering how many COVID ‘slogans’ we’re all going to get as well to distract...how many u-turns and rearrangements etc ...we have the power of 6 or whatever it is now and this catchy slogan stuff and u-turning stuff has to be given so much attention by us in how confusing it is etc...it’s just the most distracting thing, is it not...strangely, no catchy slogans are coming yet for...you’re just a big old liar with no integrity at all, Boris...
