Why not just NOT put your song in, cos I put mine 5pts the other day cos I worked out it was in last.. so I cried a little then I plucked up the courage to be strong and arrogant xo

no worries; I don't think it matters too much either way. Honestly if there was a song I preferred to one that I had entered I would put it above mine. I was quite close to putting the Sage Francis song above mine in one round actually.

Why do people care so much about winning?

This is about sharing and listening to music you normally wouldn't, I could probably put in songs that would win everytime but I like to mix it up and share different stuff, even if I know most won't like it like the song I entered this time around.

the ranking and points system was just a way to get people to take part really... honestly with threads like "post unknown music here" I'd place a good bet that a lot of people wouldn't give it a second glance. [no offence to people who had made those threads previously :p]

3pts - kizzy - Katy McAllister - Another Empty Bottle - Pretty cliché, but she has a lovely voice. Could've done with a bit of chromaticism somewhere.
2pts - Shaun - Kindness - Cyan - I have an aversion to most songs with this beat, but everything else is fine. I'm sure I've heard this before actually. :suspect:
