Her voice grates on me a bit but otherwise she's overcome so much prejudice against her - people like Stuart, Laura, Paloma mocking her voice, and her background - and has consistently dominated sales pitches and successfully led her team to victory.

Well some do find Midlands accents annoying:(, she's been very loud and spoke her mind but has learnt from it and has been consistent in the tasks although there will be some mistakes along the way:p.
