2. The share is by far the biggest since launch. Actually I think it's higher than launch. It won the slot. |

Including +1, CBB grabbed 2.6m, up half a million from the penultimate rating of last years CBB which got 2.1m.
Good :D Tonight should get 3m. |
:o 2.6 million
thats effin great |
Do you think we will see tonight's final beat the launch ratings? I think it might just be possible as the launch was over 2 hours and the final is 1 and a half hours?

3.14m excluding +1 I think
It BEAT CBB8 finale which launched with almost 2m more than CBB9 did! Which means CBB8 had a loss of 2.2m from launch to final, CBB9 had a loss of only 400k from launch to final. |

Great ratings for channel 5, no doubt arguably be the highest rated show this calender year for the channel.
I'd imagine it confirms channel 5 will renew the deal for a further 2/3 years. If they could actually pull off NPH, Wossy, (both been heavily linked) Carole Mcgriffin and one or two others for the series a year from now..well the ratings will go through the roof. Folk on BBOTS have already commented on next year, jamie and emma were pressuring JR into going on. That should confirm it hopefully, seeing as Jamie East is pretty much Desmond's outspoken bitch on that programme. |
+1 ratings?
|
The 3.14 includes +1.

Although the evental "officals" may indicate otherwise, it does seem that C5 has successfully captured and retained an audience of 2-2.5m, presumably among the targetted 16-24 demographic, for CBB - whether BB does as well is another matter .....
AFAIK, the limited LF did remarkably well, proving, as most of us knew, that LF is an essential part of the BB experience ..... |
Apparently Bit on the Side got 1.61 million last night. The highest since the launch night of CBB8.

Last night = 1.61m CBB8 launch = 1.82m |
Bit on the side does better then at least half of channel fives other programmes, and for its timeslot it gets a damn decent share.
