If you're connected to the internet you can always trade for the other Starters, I'm pretty sure I've got like 2 or 3 of every starter on my DS games.

3DS is region locked, you can only play US games on a US console and such. Most other consoles aren't though although their online market places tend to be restricted.

Anyways the Anime looks good! I want Serena to be his rival, or the other girl. A female rival will be a first in the Anime. I need to catch up on Best Wishes...

I thought last years fossils were pretty good as well ....
But i love both of them, especially the blue one!

Regarding the anime Bianca was kinda a rival but I know what you mean like a main rival like Gary Paul etc

There's going to be a reveal of a new evolved pokemon on the 25th. Could it be the rumoured Dragon Eeveelution?
