I think Rangers in all seriousness should look at Neil Warnock or long term maybe Solskjaer, I mean Solskjaer did initially have a big impact at Man Utd, and tbf to him expectations are much lower at Rangers than at Man Utd, maybe his Management style would suit Rangers really well.

And Neil Warnock is a great motivator in the short term.
