I didn't watch scream each week, I binged like 10 episodes 1 week before the finale I think but I watched PLL -A reveal live.

Just watched last week's episode and I'm more convinced than ever that Kieran's the killer and he planted the letters and pictures in Eli's room.

In the past I wasn't massively enthusiastic about it being him but now I think of the realistic options he's a better choice. If it's not him it'll be a newer character and I'd rather it be someone from the first season.
