Amy 25-04-2003 12:39 PM

It's lucky i'm online Boris or you could have been last post  I knew there was a reason to have this friday off work

Boris 25-04-2003 12:43 PM

Any Friday off work is pleasurable.
What should you be doing...go on ...I won't tell !:xyxwave:

Amy 25-04-2003 12:45 PM

My only duty today is to protect Boris form being last post, Captain Kaz's instructions  However i am working this weekend so lets hope the weekend troops are in full guarding order :bouncy:

Boris 25-04-2003 12:48 PM

It is a comfort to know I have you r unending support....I shall wear it always !

Attennnnnnnnnnnntion !:xyxwave:

Amy 25-04-2003 12:49 PM

If we don't protect you Boris Captain Kaz could give us 10 press ups or worse you've seen what happened to Splodge

Boris 25-04-2003 12:57 PM

Poor Poor Sergeant Splodge... he has been on my conscience terribly. I am sure he didn't deserve such 'harsh' treatment.

What exactly DID he do ? I seem to have 'lost the plot' a little ! Never mind I'll catch up ...just like one does in bad movies....now talking old movies. You got any idea of the latest Movie quiz answer ?:conf:

Amy 25-04-2003 12:59 PM

Will have a look at the movie quiz section but will be keeping a watch still on this thread :xyxwave:

Statement from Splodge:'Stand easy Captain . . . . organ grinder here.
Question from Boris: But what have you done with the monkey ?....or shouldn't one ask!
Answer from Splodge: I think Kaz is here somewhere......

Say no more!!!

BusyBee 25-04-2003 02:30 PM

This thread is getting more and more surreal each and every day.

I wonder what a psychologist would make of our obsession with refuting Boris's assumption that she is the kiss of death??

Sticks 25-04-2003 04:07 PM

Getting back to an earlier solution from Mark, Get an Administrator, like Kaz to make a last post and then lock the thread against further posts.

How difficult can that be ?:conf:

Kaz 25-04-2003 04:37 PM

Not difficult at all, Sticks . . .

. . . . . . but then again, not nearly as much fun!! :colour:

I've been called away on special duties this evening, troops - so I'm relying on you to carry on the mission in my absence. I know you'll do me proud - I've trained you well.

:xyxwave:

Stu xxx 25-04-2003 04:53 PM

k what is going on with this post?

I have noticed on the forum but haven't actually looked before?

I really don't want to sift through 29 PAGES! of stuff to find out so could one of you fine people please tell me what the point of this topic is??????

love Stu xxx

Kaz 25-04-2003 05:03 PM

A potted history for you, Stu.

At the very beginning, Boris posted this:

quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I was horrified how many had my name as the last poster. It seems that a post from Boris is the 'kiss of Death' and the strand dies.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My response to her was:

quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Boris - I've made it a personal mission of mine that you WON'T be the last person to post on this thread!
I will! (unless anyone else thinks differently).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

. . . . . . . and the rest is history!

:wavey:

Stu xxx 25-04-2003 05:05 PM

k so you just keep posting when anyone replys so that you know YOU will be the last one?

xxxxx

kaphc 25-04-2003 05:07 PM

Yep, you've understood perfectly!

Now just keep on posting. Along the way you may acquire a military rank or be inspired to write a short ditty amongst other entertaining pastimes.

Stu xxx 25-04-2003 05:08 PM
