The majority of the team needs to perform as a well oiled unit and united are just not doing that. That is part tactics and part team selection, both of which are the responsibility of the manager. United have a great team if they throw the dice and it works one week, but it won't happen the next week.

i think the only reason OGS hasn't been sacked already is because they have a tough set of fixtures coming up and they don't want a group of defeats associated with the new manager. If they don't get rid of him now, he will be gone before january
