Alf I don't know if you need to hear this (I don't know if you're sexually active or not) but just in case, I shall put it in bold for you, and for the lady in the video:

Telling a sexual partner you're using a condom and then either secretly not using one, or removing it during sex, is sexual assault and 100% illegal.

It's important that everyone understands this. THe lady in the video, clearly doesn't know what she's talking about. If you watch the documentary there was never any question of "duping" or people not knowing that these messages were about condom use and not forced sex. The documentary makes that clear.

It is a form of sexual assault.

I'm horrified that people don't know that, or think that it isn't.

user104658 21-09-2023 04:17 PM

Just to add (because again, I think half the people branding all of this a conspiracy clearly haven't even watched the documentary) the VAST MAJORITY of what Brand is accused of, is assaulting or being abusive towards originally-consenting sexual partners. There is only one (of the five) who talks about forced penetration/completely nonconsensual sex. The rest talk about him being too rough, not stopping when asked to stop (yes this is still rape), and coercive/manipulative behaviour.

Where does it say that he secretly removed it?

You made that bit up, didn't you?

It could have been that they both were intoxicated, got it on and then regretted it the morning.

Did you think of that scenario?

Nothing to do with parents
Also raising the age of consent is bollox
It won’t stop rape at any age
It won’t stop teenagers sleeping with older men by choice

We can’t convict know rapist let alone adding another law that will have no impact in solving sex crimes

Also not every person male or female are losing their virginity at 16 or before.

thesheriff443 21-09-2023 04:49 PM

Also you can have a 14 year old raping another 14 year old so that idea is sh1t as well
Thinking sex at the same age should be legal

arista 21-09-2023 05:06 PM

BBC claims
Olivia was in the bathroom/bog
at the BBC as he pulled his Penis Out.

Brand went on Radio 2
talking about it.

A BBC reporter in LA
spoke to Olivia.

This was in 2008.

The text clearly says "When a girl says no, it means no" and talks about getting tested, so best case scenario it means he didn't stop/use a condom when she said to. Worst case scenario, she's saying he straight up forced her. Being a Trump fan isn't an excuse for being a rape apologist Alf.

what, it's still rape? forcing yourself on someone against their wishes is rape at any age

If you say it’s legal for same age kids to have sex then make it easier for the rapist to say it was consensual

I can't back Brand due to the 'They're all out to get me' stance that he's gone for right from the start. The way he talks so openly about his promiscuity and drug taking makes me think these allegations are likely to be true. However, they will be virtually impossible to prove.

The self-righteousness and self-importance of BRand's stance show a certain arrogance to his character that is difficult to like. He's a popular comedian, blogger and podcaster nothing more. Does has arrogantly think the establishment/deep state/Iluminati or whoever are seriously worried he is going lead an uprising of the downtrodden and oppressed ? HE needs to have a word with himself

I don't think it needs to be raised - if anything I'd lower the age for decriminalisation for same-age teens (I don't think it's a good idea for 14 year olds to be sexually active, but it happens and shouldn't be a crime if it's with someone the same age or close in age) - but there needs to be a mechanism in place that puts a stop to large age gaps under the age of 21. The possibility (in fact likelihood) of manipulation of vulnerable young adults is just far too high.

I think 18 like America isn't a bad idea.

Because at 18 you're allowed to do pretty much anything else.

I'm just watching the show now and seen her part, he straight up raped her, she's the 9ne who went to the rape crisis centre afterwards and they have a record of it

Was he arrested?

If not, why not? And if not then the authorities are complicit in the rape, surely?

If you'd watched the show you'd have all those answers, she did go to the rape crisis centre right after, she didn't report it to the Police though as she was scared because he was a big celebrity and she didn't want to put herself and her family through it which is pretty understandable. The crisis centre confirmed all that too

Well I didn't watch it, that's why I'm asking you?

Alf 21-09-2023 08:21 PM

By the way Neem. That Candice Owens "Making a murderer" series I mentioned last month has started. I think there's been 2 of 10 episodes so far. I haven't watched yet. I believe it's on Daily Wire.

You should watch it since you have so much opinions on things that were featured on it, it would be helpful for you

It's mainstream media isn't it? They're the people that covered up for Jimmy Saville, pushed a fake pandemic and said Biden won the election fairly. Why would I watch them? I don't trust them

I'll see if I can find you a link. Although if you go on Candice Owens twitter. You'll probably find it there.
