Telling a sexual partner you're using a condom and then either secretly not using one, or removing it during sex, is sexual assault and 100% illegal. It's important that everyone understands this. THe lady in the video, clearly doesn't know what she's talking about. If you watch the documentary there was never any question of "duping" or people not knowing that these messages were about condom use and not forced sex. The documentary makes that clear. It is a form of sexual assault. I'm horrified that people don't know that, or think that it isn't. |
Just to add (because again, I think half the people branding all of this a conspiracy clearly haven't even watched the documentary) the VAST MAJORITY of what Brand is accused of, is assaulting or being abusive towards originally-consenting sexual partners. There is only one (of the five) who talks about forced penetration/completely nonconsensual sex. The rest talk about him being too rough, not stopping when asked to stop (yes this is still rape), and coercive/manipulative behaviour.

You made that bit up, didn't you? It could have been that they both were intoxicated, got it on and then regretted it the morning. Did you think of that scenario? |

Also raising the age of consent is bollox It won’t stop rape at any age It won’t stop teenagers sleeping with older men by choice We can’t convict know rapist let alone adding another law that will have no impact in solving sex crimes Also not every person male or female are losing their virginity at 16 or before. |
Also you can have a 14 year old raping another 14 year old so that idea is sh1t as well
Thinking sex at the same age should be legal |
BBC claims
Olivia was in the bathroom/bog at the BBC as he pulled his Penis Out. Brand went on Radio 2 talking about it. A BBC reporter in LA spoke to Olivia. This was in 2008. BBC1HD 6PM News started with this New Brand Report. |

I can't back Brand due to the 'They're all out to get me' stance that he's gone for right from the start. The way he talks so openly about his promiscuity and drug taking makes me think these allegations are likely to be true. However, they will be virtually impossible to prove.
The self-righteousness and self-importance of BRand's stance show a certain arrogance to his character that is difficult to like. He's a popular comedian, blogger and podcaster nothing more. Does has arrogantly think the establishment/deep state/Iluminati or whoever are seriously worried he is going lead an uprising of the downtrodden and oppressed ? HE needs to have a word with himself |

If not, why not? And if not then the authorities are complicit in the rape, surely? |

By the way Neem. That Candice Owens "Making a murderer" series I mentioned last month has started. I think there's been 2 of 10 episodes so far. I haven't watched yet. I believe it's on Daily Wire.
