Pretty well, she liked it. And she didn't look over my shoulder as I made it, but she did make sure I cooked the chicken (understandably I guess).

And I did rice with the stir fry and added heated coconut milk to it.

She was impressed, since she showed me how to do everything I suppose.

But I didn't burn anything. So yea, I'd probably make one again.

The chicken we use smells like bacon when it is being cooked, my mom said it's because they inject some sort of pig fluid into it, going veg gets more and more appealing.

Lol I do like Chicken. Mainly an aready cooked chicken though or KFC chicken. Just my experiences with usually chicken from a packet.. can end up pink, undercooked and can taste rubbery! ewwwww
