The head of her station, Andy Fishman, also apologised for Capel’s language, telling the Cleveland Plain Dealer: “She didn’t even know what the word meant, which is not an excuse. We’ve spoken to her about this, and we’re confident it won’t happen again. From here, we’ll handle it internally.”

Fishman said Capel would not be taken off air and would be back at the channel on Tuesday morning.

WJW Channel 8 is a Fox affiliate station based in Cleveland, Ohio.

this whole thing is stupid IMO. I don't think that the news lady was even trying to be nasty. And it's not like Gaga is black, so what's the issue?

Also, madonna made some comments in rolling stone about gaga "blatantly ripping of one of my songs" but aside from that she said she doesn't really have a problem with gaga

Her manager's confirmed that she won't be releasing music until next year (which isn't surprising) but there's still the paul mcartney album, and possibly the feature on georgio mororders

Not surprised since she's doing AHS this year

Yeah, it's a good way to keep her in the public eye without overexpose of "gaga" because she's playing a character + remind people's she's multi talented and hopefully leave them thirsty for music from her
