If you do go ahead and host it, I think the only rules to bear in mind are that people must have the option to opt out of being included if they don't want to be on it, and banned members are a no go 'cause it'll cause problems. Otherwise you'd be all good to go, whoever decides to run it!

But yeah I agree.. Banned members should not be included. Eventhough there are 3 banned members who were banned not long ago who would still be voted for.. Tough. It's a no no for every banned member.
