I can see why I put on weight, it was because I was a lazy twat for ages, and didnt do any exorcise, and jsut ate crap food. But now I eat more healthy food and do more exorcise and I fell happier then I did.

Don't think about food, even on a diet.. But it sounds like you're on the right track, just think about next summer.. Great goal to set yourself.

Cheers for the advice. I know what you mean I found that when I started I wanted like pizza or go to a fast food resterant. But now I dont think about it now :)
