My guess is Fighting or Steel. Espeon was weak to Umbreon and Leafeon was weak to Glaceon so chances are the new ones will be related by a weakness and if it isn't Dragon or Poison then it has to be Fighting or Steel since Dark and Fire already has Eeveelotions.
