It's best if no one can see the rooms but the teams

Does anyone know how long this will be lasting?

I've no problem with Shaun seeing the rooms though I don't see the need for mods to see them :suspect: I doubt anyone's gonna start insulting their own team members and any insults towards other teams will be harmless banter and even if not, it's not as if they're going to see it anyway, surely?

No it's not since some members cant help but use the privacy of the rooms to insult other members and Shaun always get's to see the rooms so I don't see why he shouldn't this time?

Insults about other members are against the rules whether the member being insulted can see it or not Jack, there was insults being posted a lot in one of the rooms during a previous quiz and it certainly wasn't banter, it's a bit pathetic that some people can't even take part in a quiz without resisting the urge to insult other members IMO, Vicky and Kaz will be monitering the rooms as normal and the rooms will possibly be made public once the quiz is over.

Yeah I have no problem at all with them being made public once the game's over :laugh: just would feel more convinced about the game being clean if I can see what's going on, that's all.

Just let Shaun see the rooms and employ him as a snitch for the mods if need be :p

Shaun has been able to see the rooms for ages now so why change it. Worked fine last time. It's not going to change, he's going to oversee all of the threads with Kaz and Vicky so y'all stop moaning now and get researching in preparation! :tongue:

just a small note: I've changed the geography round to be something of a miscellaneous one, because I couldn't really find 50 semi-obscure semi-recognisable landmarks available with handheld footage on YouTube :p

So instead, it shall contain 20 stills of geographical landmarks and 30 stills of historical events. A geographistory round if you will.
